"Please be careful when renting from here. Myself, son and husband stayed sick the whole time we lived here and had no clue why. After talking to another family who had air testing and blood testing done, high levels of mold was found. We decided to do the same and sure enough, toxic mold was found in our apartment and when we had blood test done, the same toxic molds were found in our blood. Our friends had their wall to cave in from a hard rain and tons of mold was exposed. We had professionals to come out and check our unit and mold was found in the HVAC area, bathroom and living room. Not normal mold but toxic. Son(4) suffered from what we thought was croup but it was every single month. It would clear up a week or 2 and then back again. I suffered from neurological issues and my husband had a constant cough. I heard that recently things were redone but you can beat that they didn't take down walls and what not to properly remove any mold. In all honesty and as bad as the mold was, everything needs to be torn down completely. It's not safe. The family above us told us they had constant coughs and our neighbors beside of us had headaches non-stop. Stay away!"

"We are on our second year of living at Peachtree and have enjoyed it very much. Location is great and the community is beautiful with all the trees. Our neighbors have always been kind and the maintenance team is the best! They seem to care about their residents and I’d highly recommend the community as a place to rent in fort mill!"

"My family lived in the townhomes at Peachtree Place for almost 7 years, moving from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 3 bedroom when my youngest was born. Susan (and honestly all the staff) is incredibly responsive to requests, whether they be for a clubhouse rental, a transfer, maintenance needs, and even the rental of a storage unit on site. This location provided us great access to Kingsley, within walking distance to Walter Elisha Park, and fantastic Fort Mill Schools. The move-out has been less than ideal, with additional charges being made to the account without communications from the property management team."

"What a great place to live. Grounds are kept beautiful. Maintenance team always prompt and efficient. Management always communicating with the residents. Monthly activities for residents. Lots of fur babies, too! We've only been here 8 months, but not a single regret."

"5 STARS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Stephanie and the other lady that work up front (forgive me I can't remember her name and I'm sure she will read this) have been absolutely amazing. They have always been very understanding and helpful regarding my issues at first I felt like a nuisance, because I was always having issues but they made me feel at home and very comfortable reaching out. Thank yall so much!! Normally don't write reviews but this place deserves for me to take a little time and write a great review. I have lived here for a little under a year when I first moved in the apartment was perfectly clean everything was in order and throughout the year of me living here I've had some minor maintenance things happen like the two drawers in the bathroom broke pretty quickly, there was an issue with the toilet not working correctly; every time I've made a maintenance request within 12 hours the issue has been resolved and resolved correctly not just a quick fix. The apartment is amazing the appliances are great, water pressure is incredible the water gets hotter than any place I've ever lived. I have a dishwasher which I was surprised about, ice maker in the freezer the air conditioning works amazing I can cool this place down in the summer within 20 minutes from 78 (what I set it on when I went to work) to 72 which is what I always keep it at. Heating was the same way in the winter although due to the apartment next to me and Gathering heat off of that I rarely had to run the Heat so energy cost for very low in the winter. Getting internet and cable hooked up was a breeze along with water and power. There are two pools here both in the summer were kept very clean and always quiet and not a lot of people. Underneath the main leasing office there's a small but very nice gym it has exactly what I need because all I use is free weights, two computers with a printer which came in handy because I don't have a printer in my apartment also by the pool near the main leasing office there is a small building with four washers and dryers. That would be my only complaint about the entire place is being charged to use the washer and dryer there, it'd be really nice if those were included because it's really expensive to do a couple loads of laundry it ends up being 11 or $12. During my stay here I moved to Florida for two and a half months for a contract job I left my car here because I was provided a rental car there my mom accidentally parked it in the wrong spot I've had a few issues with neighbors because of parking which I've never really understood because parking is not an issue here at all in the parking lot it is never full. The women that work up front in the leasing office have been absolutely amazing when dealing with issues with my neighbor they have never judged me or jump to a conclusion they've always heard my side of it and been understanding. Not to put blame on my neighbor I have been at fault as well. Stephanie that works up front is an absolute sweetheart she's made me feel like I'm one of five people that live here when in actuality, this place is pretty big and I'm sure that every bit of 300 people live here. I've also met some really cool people that live here and the neighbors have been great for example one night I was making waffles with my girlfriend and realized I didn't have any syrup I called my neighbor and got some syrup. One day that same neighbor was looking for her cat and having trouble posting an ad online within our apartment complex to notify everyone that her cat was missing so I did that for her and she was really grateful and we ended up finding her cat. I guess why I'm writing this is because this is has been a great place to live and it really deserves a 5-STAR rating there have been minor issues here and there but that's part of living in an apartment complex. Did the maintenance staff and the people that work up front again thank you so much I think I'm going to renew my lease and look forward to another year at PEACH TREE PLACE. Oh BTW my GF also loves it here she calls it PEACHLAND!"
