"honestly, I have no complaints. I came in and was greeted in a reasonable amount of time, I did have an appointment, my service advisor was good polite walked me threw everything as always, coffee was hot the waiting area was clean aswell as rest rooms. My car was serviced and out within an hour, so I was extremely happy with my service. As always, thank you, Team Toyota all the loyal customers appreciate all the hard work you do"
"Had exhaust smell coming from vents. Took car for a diagnostic. They charged $200 ($175+tax+credit card fee) and gave the WRONG diagnosis that the exhaust manifold had a leak… took it to another mechanic for a free look and real problem was catalytic converter was leaking. Dont get scammed like me & Take your business elsewhere. Thank me later!"
"Service was quick, quicker than the estimate. I was grateful for that. Advisor Carlos was very friendly and courteous and I appreciated that too. I dropped a star though because at first I was received by a different advisor who was clearly getting annoyed with me asking questions about the timing of the service but I want to think this person was having a hard day."
"Brought my car for 5k complimentary maintenance. They didn’t top off all fluids, which is the most basic thing to do on maintenance. Now I’m running low on coolant, wind shield wiper fluid. May be they didn’t even rotate tires , let alone doing all other things recommend on Toyota maintenance guide. The reception employee was very rude, no basic greetings. It looked like they don’t like the work they do. I said thank you few times with no response from the employee. Disgusting. For them, you and your car is just another number. Will not go there again."
"Took my brand new RAV4 XSE to Star Toyota of Bayside to have a hitch installed (purchased through their Parts Department) and they butchered my bumper. The Service Manager acknowledged they botched it and agreed to install a new bumper, but I've been getting the run around for a month now."
