"Disgusting dispatcher when I tried to explain that I received a call from someone saying my car was here and then he was in the wrong address so I called the service back and he made me look and sound like I was up to no good by yelling at me and telling me that I'm weird and he should cancel my ride and then I went downstairs the driver looked at me told me the pirce I said ok he tells me pay now and I was so disrespected because I was Spanish? And had long hair? It was obvious he was stereo typing I gave him 1$ tip and told him had he not did what he just did I would've given him a bigger tip he told me his dispatch made him do it. Well at least as I was getting out the driver turned around and apologized for the rules explaining to me that they do this because people from the area I ordered the cab from tend to run away when the cab drops them off and that he's sorry."
"Out in Queens and called them at night. Driver arrived w/in 5mins and it was a smooth ride back to Bklyn! Dispatch answered right away, gave me quote for the trip and instructions to pay driver in advance. Totally understand. Uber does the same ;). Great service!!"
