"I noticed that my Audi was running low on coolant so I went to the Audi Queen 4S shop and tried to fix it. I went to the shop 4-5 times but nothing was fixed. On December 5th, 2023 the front desk told me that the fee for only checking the car would cost $500. This issue has been occurring for a year and a half already, and I came to your shop to fix it multiple times. Yet the issue was never resolved, therefore, I believe I am not responsible for the charge because it was not my problem that your store couldn't fix my car. My friend checked my car for me and said the problem is with the water pump, I’ve fixed the problem. My main point is that I feel frustrated and angry that I tried to fix my car multiple times in your store and failed to, I’m starting to wonder if it was on purpose in order to get money. I love your service at Audi Queens 4S but I am very disappointed. I will be changing my car in a year."
"Waiting area is stellar, it is always so clean, there are great snacks and an awesome cappucino/espresso/latte machine, best of all, there are friendly, professional, well-groomed staff. Even though I'm just a driver for service, I always enjoy coming to work here."

"Longer wait time than was quoted (extra 1.5 hrs on top of the 2 hr wait) and not the best customer service compared to other Audi service centers I’ve been to. They were actually pretty rude when I asked regarding status of my car after waiting an additional hour. I’ve only had great experiences at other Audi service centers so this was disappointing."
