"Called AAA bc my car wouldn’t start. They sent this company out to get my vehicle. The people were pleasant to deal with. But that’s all the stars are for. Their rates should be illegal. To change 2 batteries in my car was $668. I know nothing about car batteries so I took their word that they were giving me the best price. I sure was wrong. I looked up the batteries and they charged me 100% more than they are worth. This is complete robbery and they poor business practices. Being in business for 50 years means absolutely nothing when your practices are dishonest. It just shows you’ve been robbing the ppl in your community for that amount of time."

"My tire blown in the road. I called for roadside assistance. I took the spare out before the person arrived. After the spare got changed, my car won’t move at all. It was a Prius. It doesn’t respond to any gear shift. I called my insurance again. Liberty Bell was the nearest one that my insurance could sent. It took them about 75 minutes to arrive. That’s okay. The driver was very nice. The next day they called me. They found the issue. It was a simple fix. LB charged me for the diagnostic fee of $120. I think this was a very reasonable price. They could’ve made up some extra problems to charge me more but they didn’t."
