"I came across Book a Car when searching for a car service for round trip from NY to NJ. A friend gave me a recommendation( she has a friend/different company) but I ended up searching Google. I wanted something safe, trustworthy, reliable, and priced affordable too. Emailed and got response same day to contact a manager for a more in-depth information regarding the round trip I wanted to schedule. Spoke to Jay and from the first day he has been extremely helpful, explained the process of the company, pricing, cancellation fees, and understood the situation. He has also been the person that I’ve continued to speak and scheduled the round trips for my nephew. I also appreciated after the 1st round trip, Jay called to see how everything went with the trip and how my nephew felt as well. I honestly was surprised and thought that was really nice of him. The driver ( sorry don’t know her name) that’s been picking up and dropping has been very nice, punctual in picking up and getting my nephew to his destination on time, and dropping him back home too. This is definitely a new experience even though it’s only been a few weeks thus far but can say that I’m glad I found Book a Car to help.
