"Scam scam scam walked 3 miles to get my car battery charged. They wanted 20 bucks. Paid the money because I didn’t want to walk any further to another mechanic. After paying and walking back to my car. Guess what.. they never charged the damn battery. Don’t waste your time with these idiots and scam artist"

"I'll let you decide if you trust to go to this place.. brought my car in this morning for an NYS inspection, was told it would be an hour, so I left it there since I work close by. An hour and a half later I call they tell me to wait another hour. I get a call an hour and a half later and they tell me car won't pass inspection cause of front brakes, "but they can replace them there so I can pass. I just recently had gotten the car serviced by an actual Audi dealer and was told everything was fine, including brakes. I figured they just wanted to charge me to change front brakes claiming to be cheaper if I do it with them. Obviously, I left, went somewhere else after work same day and passed inspection without any issues. Beware this place."

"Wow where do I even start with this terrible auto repair shop. Me and the Mechanic named - Harry agreed on 470 to repair the radiator in my car. When i came to pay for it his boss came and changed the whole bill to $920!!!!! Yes $920!!! Totally outrageous!!! And not ethical. I reported them to the police. The place smells horrible. No one is nice. Never coming back again! DO NOT COME HERE! For any reason."

"Absolutely Horrible!!! Not fair about their prices. They are not nice! So rude! The mechanic named - “Mike” even called my mother a -PIG!!!!! Went in to change my Oil and it was leaking the day after!!! I. I called in to discuss the issues and they denied everything! They took 0 responsibility!! Please stay away! Stay away!!!!!"

"I used this mechanic probably 10-12 times over the course of about 15 months. I didn't use anyone else! They almost always had a negative attitude. I wouldn't even be complaining or providing any negative feedback to them when they would be so nasty. I would simply be explaining the issue with my vehicle, or asking follow-up questions. They always spoke extremely quickly, and without much detail. I'm a details guy. So I like to 100% fully understand what's going on, before making a decision to move forward with a repair, etc. I always just overlooked the attitude issue. Finally, the most recent time I went, I had enough of their nasty attitude for no reason, so when the two brothers (owners) gave it to me again, I called them out on it, and they said to not come back. Gladly! I obliged. And now I have a new, very respectful mechanic. I was very shocked that they would soil a loyal customer / business relationship of that long, and encourage me to stop using them, when I never provided them an attitude. But any business person who is annoyed by or unwilling to answers its customers' questions shouldn't earn my business anyhow!"
