HORRIBLEEEEEEEEE PLACE TO BUY A CAR .. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE , PURCHASE FROM MAJOR AND I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER. BTW - MY CAR IS CURRENTLY IN THE SERVICE CENTER AGAIN !!!! "Editing on 01/19/2024 After someone trustworthy check the engine of the car and told me that the car was never serviced. Check your cars before leaving this place!!! Never again I’m buying a car from this place or have it service in here. They literally make you buy a warranty that they don’t honored. Brought my car serveral times here for different reasons. First time I did my car was jerking and the excuse they gave me was the gasoline. Even tho I’m putting the right gasoline for this car. Drove and then come back a week afree and they told me it was the coil #4 and the spark plugs. That could Have been fixed the first time I brought the car to them. Even tho this was included in the warranty they charge me because they gave me some excuses, very sketchy. Second time I brought it for service mechanics left the coolant hose loose and it flushed the entire thing on the highway leaving me stranded. Have to spend over $500 for tow truck and repair. Went to talk to the manager for this and his answer was “I’ll take care of you next time” went again hoping this could be fixed because I knew something’s was wrong with the car, and they response was basically the same. These people are a bunch of crooks and money hungry. Thank god I have documented all of this and moving forward with my lawyers on this matter."

"I was sold a lemon by Omar Hernández. I've had nothing but problems with this vehicle. I was told that there was a warranty on the vehicle that would cover everything with the exception of tires and brakes. I brought it to the service center only to be told that the warranty wasn't valid even though they never did the initial service which is clearly evident cause if they did, all the problems the car has would have been detected. Now they are telling me that all the issues of the car they sold falls on me with outrageous labor rates 200 am hour not including parts. Do not buy anything from Major Auto! They are crooks"

"Slow as hell I literally spent 6 hours there to be told my car needs a part and I have to come back when they order it. It has been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting not even an updated phone call. Plus I have a ford “American car”. I wonder how some businesses stay open with no structure or professionalism."
