"Stopped at HBC for Sunday brunch. We tried the food and some flights. All orders must be placed at the bar, which when busy is a bit rushed. We tried the brunch burger and a burrito. The food was decent, but nothing spectacular. The beers were also good, with a pretty wide selection of tastes. HBC has a country club type of feel, and seems like a good place to have a wedding. The grounds are beautiful and expansive. Worth a stop for sure on a brewery tour, especially to enjoy the live music."

"We have had a lot of good experiences here over the years. The outdoor setting by the pond in nice and relaxing (although the cushions are due for an upgrade as they are getting pretty flat). We have not been there during the winter months, but they do have a large indoor fire place, offering a cozy feel. You can see the production area when you enter/exit the building through the glass windows. You do need to order your drinks/food from the bar. They give you a stand with a number on it, so food can get run out to wherever you decide to sit. There is a covered patio and deck area, with most table offering an umbrella. There are a few fire tables (closer to the water). There are picnic tables and a designated outdoor smoking area. There is a larger event space towards the rear of the property. Hamburg Brewing uses plastic cups, which especially for wine, seems a bit tacky to me. I understand people take them outside, but glass on a patio isn't uncommon for a nicer facility. The Lake View Lager this time had an off taste to it, which I did not recall on previous visits. They have a sizeable gift shop and live music on a pretty regular basis. Note that Sundays are generally early. There was a schedule in the bathroom, but the website listing wasn't current (showed last month)."

"Great place to have some brews on an outside patio overlooking a pond. Inside is beautiful too. Nice selection of house brews, mixed drinks and wine. Glad they expanded their food menu and it was fantastic! The Cajun grouper sandwich was HUGE! Clams casino a nice appetizer too"
