"I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I couldn't even fit the shoes I purchased online passed my toes. I went in looking for store credit or a refund and I was turned away in such a rude manor at the regular journeys store and when I came in to journeys Kidz, 7036, Haley apologized for my experience at the other journeys and helped me and was so friendly! Thank you so much! I really appreciated all of your help! Will definitely be back to buy shoes and glow socks for my new daughter :)"
"Wow , what a horrible experience I had in this location. Emily Or Emilia was the girls name who was extremely rude to me and my family. When I asked for a particular size and color she told me no without letting me finish my sentence. Overall I’m a retail manager and would never speak to a guest in the manner that she did. I will no longer be visiting this location due to her rudeness."
"I went in to buy shoes for my daughter the other day, the staff was super rude. I was greeted but had to ask for assistance multiple times and got sighs and eye rolls when i asked. the staff seemed super unenthused and not helpful at all. I attempted to speak to the store manager Emily and she didn’t even offer an apology. I won’t be going back to this store again. The management is the worst i’ve ever experienced."
"Not your typical shoe store it has a great selection of your classic shoes likelike Skec, vans Converse, Steve Madden, Ugg boots cool backpacks socks some toys and accessories very colorful and pattern shoes. They have great staff and customer service..... I ordered shoes online had a slight problem with them being worn already they gave me 15% off and that was good enough for me"
