"I brought my laptop in here for a cracked screen and told it was to be done in a week. 4 months later, after calls saying it was done and making the almost an hour trip to pick it up. I find it all torn apart. No communication… so we repeatedly call them to check the status. We were FINALLY told that THEY LOST MY HARD DRIVE. Their solution…. Buy a new 8 gb laptop to replace it. Meanwhile, I had business files that I had to purchase, each file separately, prepaid these guys $400, and now have to pay the 350.00 again for microsoft word. This place is a complete joke and will never get my business again!!!"
