"I want to give Gabe, manager who helped me a HUGE SHOUT OUT OF EXCELLENCE! I did a huge amout of shopping today with a 20% coupon. He painstakingly took time showing me it was not valid, then called customer service to try and help me with savings. He took an extrodinary amount of time and did get a discounted amount for me. In the process i found out his grandfather was dieing in the hospital as we spoke. He is an amazing compassionate human being! Thanks Gabe, ill be back"
"I went in this morning and wasn't sure how to use my Big Lots card to get my coupon. Vince was great and helped me get it so I was able to use it. He was patient and helpful. I didn't get the other guys name that was there when I came in but he was also very welcoming. I live closer to the other Big Lots but will always travel to this one because their customer service is top notch!"
