"Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Horrible customer service. Set up warranty repairs with them through GE only to have them cancel, and reschedule after I took time off from work at 9am the morning of the service. Then they ordered parts without even looking at the appliance and then cancel all together a couple days later telling me to get a different repair service. I wouldn’t call them to repair anything even if they were the last repair service on earth. Search elsewhere for your repairs!"
"Never in my life have I heard of a place that charges $87 for 12 minutes worth of service. To check a dishwasher and tell me there is nothing wrong with it. Especially when you could clearly see the top rack was not working properly. Waste of time and money!"
