"Made an appointment 3 days ahead of time with my basic phone model provided. They never followed up, and when I show up for it, they inform me they don't carry the screen I need. Then they tell me they can't work on it anyway because it's a tracfone, even though they have fixed one for me in the past at another branch. When I point that out, suddenly they can do it for another $50. When I asked why they didn't tell me before my appointment, they said they had no way of knowing before I showed up. Wasted my time."
"I was so heartbroken when my phone ( galaxy s23 ultra) fell, with an Otterbox on, and the screen shattered. Took it here, and they did an amazing job fixing it, only a two hour turnaround and I was outta there. Also found out my phone wasn't insured(my dumb fault) so while a LITTLE pricey this time, again very reasonable pricing, I also now have the phone covered in case I break it again. Super awesome service!"
