"Had almost everything needed. At least have alternate items that can be used. Friendly staff. Had lady running self checkouts. Take my clearance items out of my bag and refused to sell to me because the items rang up for 10c and “nothing should be that cheap”. She swore it was a mistake and wouldn’t let me purchase.. Train employees better -(I know it’s hard to find good help)"
"Good variety and found some helpful knowledgeable staff and a toilet seat that’s real comfortable."
"Does have a good variety of products. That being said, a lot of out-of-season products are usually in the overhead with no one to be able to pull them down for you. My suggestion to those folks buying out of season products at a big box retailer is, please go online and have it shipped to the store for free it's much easier. It'll save you much wasted time waiting for the home Depot to find someone who could drive a tow motor. Not everybody in the home Depot is certified to use all machines there. If you would like a large quantity of a certain product go online order it, pay for it online and then go to the store and pick up your order right at customer service or curb side pick up. You can do this with everything, except live goods, in the store. This includes mulch and dirt folks! Stop waiting in long lines at the garden center wanting someone to load your car for you in a line of 12 vehicles when you can very easily go online, order it, pay for it and just have a lot attendant meet you in the curbside pickup lane. I see more people wasting time at home Depot waiting then anything else and most of them get disgruntled because they think home Depot should have enough people to help everybody. Unfortunately folks, a lot of people don't want to work! All big box retailers are going through this right now. So if you're anxious, don't want to wait around or are in a pinch for time please order online!"
"This home depot is located next to Eastview mall on route 96 in Victor ny. The parking lot is clean and safe with handicap parking close to the entrance of the store. The interior of this store is clean and organized. Home Depot has a large selection of building products needed to build or remodel your home or business. They also have a large selection of seasonal theme products. Thanks goes out to all of owners and employees who keep this store full of my needs and wants. Gerry"
