"Matt arrived and immediately started work diagnosing and helping me fix an air locked line in my underfloor radiant heat system. Also replaced a hot water cutoff valve. Most importantly, he listens to my issues, engaged in discussion how to narrow down the possible problems, test them and fix them. It was worth the cookies we sent him home with."
"My hot water heater recently started making rumbling noises. A quick internet check suggested that having it drained would likely fix the problem. Moreover, draining the tank regularly was suggested for getting full life out of it. So I called Leone Plumbing to have that done. The next morning, I got a call from Andy (the owner). After discussing my specifics, he suggested that draining the hot water heater was not likely to either eliminate the noises or increase it's longevity. I feel certain that most plumbers would have simply drained the tank and taken my money. Thanks, Andy - I know who I'm calling the next time I REALLY need a plumber!"
