"I desperately needed a wallet, and my husband surprised me and we did a spontaneous last minute trip to Vera Bradley, we had about 20 mins to close, as it was Sunday august 27th. We were not greeted when we walked in. Which is not even that bad, considering how the rest of the short visit was far worse. There were 2 people in the store, a man and a woman. I found 2 patterns in the sale bin that I liked, but wanted to know if they had those patterns in a specific style. I asked multiple times, and re worded it several, and the gentleman still didn’t understand what I was asking after the 5th time of me rewording my request. After a few mins of back and forth he just kept telling me everything is in the bin. All I was trying to do was save us both the hassle and time of digging through trying to find something that potentially didn’t even exist. But he refused to help me in any other way other than “everything is in the bin my dear”….he didn’t want to look anything up to see if it was even in stock in the store. Or even existed. He just kept saying “everything is in the bin my dear”. The bin which I would like to add, was extremely unorganized. He just cared more about counting money and closing the store, even though I still had 15-20 mins before close. So instead of me spending $60-$70 dollars at Vera Bradley, I very happily left the store and bought a $200 Michael Kors wallet from Von Maur instead. I could have purchased something from Vera Bradley, but he clearly didn’t want my business, and made that very known. So I happily took my business elsewhere."

"I’m disabled and they would not serve me without a face mask. My disability requires me to breathe oxygen and not my own carbon dioxide. I had a medical exemption on me and they refused to even look at it. They called Security on me. Don’t judge a person because you don’t know their history! I have contacted the DOJ and will follow up. I will never purchase anything from Vera Bradley store again."

"My wife absolutely loves the brand. The store is well laid out but the selection can be iffy. The staff is mostly good but there have been times when some individuals haven't been the most friendly or attentive. Overall a good location despite that"
