"It is seldom today we enter a store and find someone so skilled as Lucas is at Orville’s in Victor NY instead of simple selling us appliances he sat down with us and explained how the appliance might or might NOT FIT in our application he was amazing skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of the appliances and the installations and saved us multiple headaches in the process amazing how someone so skilled still cares about serving others thank you."

"The best place to buy an appliance, with the most brutally honest salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I needed a new dishwasher, so I go to Orville’s because they’re the only place that actually has things in stock and can deliver within 1 week. I asked the salesman what the most reliable brand is and he point blank told me: “None of them.” How refreshing! I actually respected him much more after he said that. He explained how no matter what brand you buy, they are all likely to fail after about 5 years or so. Some are quieter than others and some have nicer finishes, but that’s about it. I bought an LG and it was installed in my house within a few days. Forget Home Depot and Lowe’s, this is the place to go."

"My fridge broke 2 days before I had to go out of town and I went right to Orville’s, ordered a new fridge in minutes and it was delivered 24hrs later! Coty and Nick were great, took the old fridge out, turned off and on my water, etc. What great, fast service! Thank you!"

"Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We purchased a washer and dryer for our new build home. The first time the washer was turned on, water started pouring out of the house and went through the drywall as it was installed improperly by Orville’s. They eventually agreed to pay for the damages after hours on the phone with them. We then proceeded to run the washer and there was a grinding noise that required a service appointment. The same exact day, we turned on the dryer and there was a gas leak as the dryer hose was also installed improperly. We attempted to get Orville’s service to our house as this was an emergency , but we were directed to call Samsung instead as Orville’s was not able to help us until the following week. I will never recommend Orville’s to anyone and I regret not going with Charlotte Appliance."

"Went to several stores looking at stand alone freezers and Orville's had the most options available. Can't speak to the prices or selection for anything else as I wasn't paying too close attention whilst shopping for freezers. But the showroom was packed and there were plenty of employees available to answer questions or leave you alone if you ask nicely."
