"Wow. I wish are the other reviews before I ordered. I ordered items was an oval ceramic 14 inch dish seal in a teal color. After using it twice I noticed that there are a little chips all over the plate. wrote me back that it was outside of their return window, and I should contact the manufacturer myself. I wrote back that usually a store stands behind their merchandise and contacts their vendor. I buy a lot of kitchen items and will not use them again."
"I was looking for Mini Pie Dishes. Everything Kitchens website had Emile Henry 5.5 inch pie dishes. The web page showed a set of 2 dishes. Just selecting a different color resulted in the quantity being reduced to 1 dish. I am returning that 1 dish but I am still stuck paying for shipping both ways. From now on will stick to Amazon where the adds are clear."
"Purchased a very expensive, top-of-the line Belndtec blender from Everything Kitchens. Blender stopped working altogether after about 8 months. They do not answer the phone (they're blaming COVID for that) and they are not responding to emails to help resolve the situation. I understand that anything man-made can fail - not a big deal. A company is only as good as how it handles those challenges. When I needed these folks to help out they were nowhere to be found. Dial their phone number to purchase a product and I'm pretty sure you'll get someone on the phone pretty quick :) I'll consider another source for my future purchases."
