"Usually like this store but I ordered a few items for pick up before a big trip. The website said they had it in stock and would be ready within 2 hours. 3 hours later, they cancelled the order. When I asked why, they said they had the items but they were still unpacked in boxes in the back and they didn’t want to get them out. They told me I should just order it for shipping so they don’t have to unpack the boxes within the pick up time. Normally I would but I wanted these within a certain time frame. Pretty ridiculous that I can’t get my items in time because they don’t want to/are too lazy to get them from inventory…"
"I checked the website and it said the store closes at 10pm but when I came up to the store and pulled the door it was locked, when I saw the store hours sign on the door it said the store closes at 9pm. That’s Fine, but the issue is that it wasn’t 9pm either, it was 8:40pm. I then called the store and explained that I was outside and all I wanted to do was a return and that’s it but she proceeded to tell me (nicely) that the store was closed (before 9pm). I travelled all the way to Yonkers to do this return and she still ignored my request and I only wanted to return 2 items and do an exchange with another because this is the only store that has the item in stock. The girl on the phone was not rude at all however I just think it’s not right to lock the doors before closing time, I work in retail as well and the company says that’s a big no."
