"I go in for repairs before my inspection is due and all seems to go fine. Had tires, wipers, and spark plugs replaced, and an oil change. $687. CEL is on and I go back. Turns out there’s a hole in my CC and it needs a head gasket replacement. Waiting to hear back on how much all that would cost to decide if my grans car is actually worth more than my wallet after 2 more days. Now I find out its too late for them to actually get me a quote and I’ll have to wait until Monday because the suppliers are closed. If all this was caught while it was there I would’ve just kept it as a garage pet and gotten a new car to begin with. But now I’m left without a car and $687 less in the bank."

"No one wants a flat without a spare tire on their way to their anniversary vacation; however, it happened to us and we are so very grateful for Monroe! We called to see if there was a way to get it fixed today since we are on our way to Niagara Falls. The manager, Kevin, was so accommodating. He said they could get it in sometime before 7. We arrived and we had our car within an hour. Instead of taking advantage of our absolute need in the moment, Kevin asked which tire we would like to purchase. He could have very well have just sold us the highest priced tire. My husband and I both left feeling very pleased with the whole experience with Monroe. "I was in your store today and had a fantastic experience. I was helped by a wonderful woman named Shelby. I'm not very car savvy, yet she was able to help me understand and walk me thru everything. Making sure that I felt comfortable with everything. Her enthusiasm was great and quite refreshing. Her mechanics were on point and seemed to be grateful to be at work. They were able to efficiently diagnose the issues i was having and gave her effective solutions to fix my issues . I took them into consideration and will be having the work done next week when i have all my funds available. Store was clean, parking lot kept cleaned and tidied.
