"Bought my daughter a set of tires there about 2 years ago. They are now discontinued. Two of the tires have literally came off the rim. She has had three flat tires. Customer service is terrible and you always have to wait a week to get in even for tire repair that’s supposed to be free. Mavis is much better."
"Came for a 9:30 appointment. One guy on the job who spent more time answering the phone than changing my tires. 1 hour job turned into 3. Extremely frustrating. They need more than one guy!!!"
"Their scheduling system is horrible. Always Promise will be done in one hour but took more than 3 hours of my last 2 visits. Propane selling also delays tire work. Need some structure in scheduling and additional person needed to handle propane selling on weekends.."
