"I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but I really need to leave this one and give a special thanks to Rob Kline. He has been more than just an agent trying to hit a sales quota. The personal connection he made with me makes everything as easy as talking to an old friend. He assisted me in getting my first credit card and life insurance policy. Some of the best life advice I've ever received was to open a policy while I was young. I was skeptical at first, but hearing how the employees there purchased their own products was confidence building. My payments are low due to my age and health. After he explained how policy pricing works and what can change it made me realize that getting a policy now was the best option and that a policy isn't only for after you pass. I'm recalling what he said to the best of my ability on this quote, but it proved to be very true. "Now a life insurance policy isn't something you will see an immediate benefit to right now but 4, 5, or 20 years in the future it will pay off for you, not only those you leave behind, but an investment for your own future. Your policy will build cash value over the years that you can pull from in the future when you need to make your next large purchase such as buying a car or a house." This finally came true when I was buying a new truck. I visited over 30 dealers and test drove more than double that number of vehicles. Once I finally found the truck I wanted I needed to come up with a down payment and remembered this conversation. So I called him up and by 5:00pm that day my check was on the way and I knew I had the down payment I wanted to purchase my truck. It may have taken 5 years for me to realize he was right, but he was. I could pay the small monthly installment on my life insurance policy without breaking the bank. Meanwhile I'm building credit on my first card I was able to get from his recommendation. Advice I took and used again for my family as well. Once they are old enough my niece and nephew will be able to pull from their policies the only difference is they will have 18+ years of growth and their payments combined was less than my own. Everyone I've ever interacted with at Lino has been nothing short of amazing. Without them I would be pouring money into a dying car or not driving exactly what I wanted none of which would have been possible without the team there.
