"Got stuck in traffic on the way in for about 5-10 minutes stuck behind a line at the counter ended up 10 minutes late and was told my appointment was given away because I was late. 10 minutes and part of that was your slow time to deal with customers. I'm beyond upset as they wanted me to sit there and wait for 3 hours to have my tires done. Horrible customer service and I won't be returning."

"*Update, they reached out to me after my review below. I brought my car back and they cleaned up my wheels. Appreciate the follow-through. The people I interacted with were very nice, but the tire person left white slime all over my wheels and tires. I've tried to wipe it off and took it though the car wash, but it won't come off. It's extremely frustrating that my car looks terrible because of it. For that reason I would not come back. Leaving a vehicle in that condition is unacceptable."

I especially want to thank Tim, Mr Tire's general manager who went out of his way to explain the snow tire options available and then picked them up himself and delivered them to the Victor service center so they could be installed right away.
