"If I could give zero stars, that's what this establishment deserves. Over the years, Bill Grays has gone down in quality. Every single restaurant regrills their burgers. I have been to most of them in the surrounding area. I talked to headquarters years ago and they offered me a free voucher and i said i didnt even want their food for free. I came to Brockport because i live near there and thought maybe I'd see how it was. I will never go back. Still regrilling burgers."

"If I go to Bill Gray's I will do so on the day that garbage plates are reduced in price. But I DO go to the tap room to play pool. The tables and cues are in good shape, but there is never any chalk. Chalk is an absolute must, so I bring my.own. I try to find competition, but only one person has beaten me there, a Ukrainian man named Daniel. There are always plenty of women in their 20s and 30s there so it can be quite a fun place to drop $20-$30."

"I hate giving a local spot and bad review and the initial service was good. It was very busy and the bartender came right over, served us our beers. But then waited almost 40 minutes to get a menu (while everyone around us was getting food and menus..it was weird) and then never was approached again to get our order. My husband flagged down a new bartender and she was very attentive, got us more beer, took our order (even though the original bartender took the order of the couple next to us still while ignoring us). The food was not good at all, a cold garbage plate with about a gallon of sauce on it…it was really gross. We were starving so ate it without complaint but overall don’t think we will be back for awhile until they can get back to great service, and solid food food."

"It's a standard bar with a great atmosphere. The bartender is the reason to come here. She is a star at her craft. She made a personal touch and I overheard her noticing people needing another drink by their actions not them level of their fluid left. The chicken wings were awesome and they had a special on them which made it even better."
