"Got the $6.99/pizza sale for just this week. My pepperoni/mushroom was dry and something was too spicy for me. My husband believes in "just calling"..he couldn't understand the orders taker. Come to find out, all calls to to a call center in China!! That really upsets me. They store staff admitted a lot of people complain, and these order takers often get the orders wrong as well."
"Driver ran off with my money without giving me my change back. I ordered $18 worth of food which totaled $24. Driver took $40, turned, and ran to her car. So she got a $15 tip for delivering $18 worth of food. Last time I'll be ordering from this Domino's."
"I ordered 8 buffalo wings and a soda totaling 24$ including tip they sent me all drums no flats I called and manager apologized and said you ordered 8 buffalo wings and got 8 buffalo wings I don’t know what else to tell you. I will never order here again more like 8 buffalo drums. I should of been notified that they didn’t have flat’s and decided if I wanted to process order before they took my hard earned money. Most people order all flats Pushing them drums on people from out of town. He could of and should’ve compensated me something a coupon for my next visit"
"I have never had a problem with Domino's. I'm not sure what happened tonight. I served my family a burnt chicken and bacon pizza. I was not happy. I called and they are giving me credit towards my next order. Thank you for making it right. I will continue with Domino's. I just hope this does not happen again."
