"Stopped in tonight a Saturday night around 6pm with my family of 4 stood by the please wait to be seated sign for 5 minutes before a gentleman let us know to sit wherever we could find a spot, there were 4 available booths but all were waiting to be cleaned from prior patrons. We picked the least dirty available booth and sat down and played several rounds games on the kids tablets.. after 25 minutes of being seated and not being acknowledged by the only server we left. First time in my life I've left a restaurant over service a simple we'll be with you as soon as we can folks or sorry I'm by myself should have been the minimum expectation from the staff. She wasn't getting much help from the guys in the back and if there was a manager present they shouldn't be in the position going forward"
"I ordered mild buffalo wings, when they came out I was told boneless Buffalo wild wings are not supposed to have sauce on them. They asked if I would prefer normal wings because they had seasoning on them The employee Was extremely nice and helpful. They brought out the basket of normal wings... Will still have no sauce. I don't mean that there was only a little sauce there was absolutely none. As you can see from the picture The boneless ones were dry as a bone. Double checked on the website and yes of course mild buffalo wings are supposed to come with sauce. The service was very courteous and fast, and I've had good food here in the past so that's why I'm giving it three stars. Honestly service was good except for I think there was a glitch in training on how to prepare the menu items."
"Brockport NY location disappointed me pretty bad tonight. Got an 8 piece boneless wing for myself and got this. 7 wings and they are the size of a quarter."
"It was like stepping back in time! I was literally brought back to the 90's!! This Pizza Hut looked just like the one I went to when I was a kid, turning in "Book-It" coupons for free personal pans! The food was really good and this Pizza Hut even offers gluten free pizza! Can't wait to go back."
