"They mess it up more often than not The delivery, when paid for prior, might not make it to your house, so beware of paying until you get it and look at it. The joint is barely even open and open late/ close early at 9 pm - on a Friday night. The owner will beg or fight and argue with the customer and call you if you leave a bad review and beg you to change your review but never make it right or give a refund. If you can't even deliver a paid for pizza when the customer is waiting, you should stay home or look for another job. They don't take the name or phone number upon ordering, so Start there when taking a delivery order. Not my first rodeo with this franchise owner. He is Not consumer friendly and always ruins your night or party if you trust yourvpizzas to be delivered. They thought I was another customer with a late delivery they were dealing with named andrew and had to correct them so I wasn't the only victim. The owner just won't correct it, by sending a fresh hot well made pizza when they mess up but wants to keep that money And won't refund you even when he has the pizza there undelivered as the delivery boy must have went to the wrong house or $ and brought it back to the store. So upon delivery it was overcooked and dry, not the extra cheesy fresh 35 dollar plus delivery pizza that was expected now just Leftovers - dry dark hard garbage. The delivery boy did not bring the credit card receipt on this delivery so I couldn't even see what they were charging me, so I immediately Checked with my bank and it was 4$ over the price guoted to me by the order taker on the phone. So now its In the dumpster and by the way if you order pepperoni, they should ask if you want cup and char - in most places, it means thinly sliced pepperoni, not blackened little dry cups of grease Obviously, it was a very bad experience, and I am irate and feel ripped off again . I should have learned my lesson 3 years ago when I made the same mistake to have a delivery order from this business."

"Please stop being so stingy with the toppings. This is the second time I have bought pizza from Perri's and although the pizza itself tasted good, the toppings were almost nonexistent. just a few pieces of pepperoni. Same experience I had the first time. I won't be going back."

"So... as a college student I love Perris. 5$ a slice and 10$ combos... but the one thing I want back are normal hours. Open till 3am was ideal after bars (can walk to, no driving needed). And 3pm open mon-thurs? I cant even grab a slice during my lunch break anymore. Thats my only complaint otherwise food is great"

"If you have only ordered "slices" and were not impressed...try a whole pizza. Ordered a large NY style Hawaiian Pizza, and it was DELICIOUS!!! Great amount of toppings, cheese & sauce on a nice thin crust. We will be back!!"

"The bottom half of the pizza (closest to the crust) is always lacking sauce and cheese. Their slices are also lacking seasoning and flavor, but it’s nothing the spices they provide can’t fix. I do love how toasted they make the pizza slices here. I came here on a summer day and there was no AC. It didn’t feel like it was being air conditioned. It felt warm and like no cool air was coming into room. There were also a decent number of flies in the seating area. The customer service was really good though."
