"Tim Hortons is one of my favorite places to go for coffee. But during this visit the decaf coffee was cold and not fresh at all. It tasted like it was sitting in the pot for a while. So not very happy about this visit. The place looked very modern and clean. Hence the 4 stars."

"For a couple years now I've been getting coffee not stirred or missing sugar. EVERY TIME! it's pretty much a given that the coffee needs to be stirred. And if that's too much of a hassle for a coffee shop to handle then all coffee orders should come with stir sticks so we can at least struggle to do it ourselves driving to work."
