"I should have read the reviews. What a horrible experience , 45 wasted minutes and Iwalked out without my order. WHEREAS I understand that they are understaffed but this cashier is the most nonchalant employee I have ever met. I don't blame the guy or the young lady serving the ice cteam. They were just as confused.. The thing that bothered me the most was her having the audacity to that say a manager has to come in to refund our money."

"I highly advise not going here. The kitchen area is completely unsanitary. Food safety protocols at this location are not followed by anyone. Just look over the deli area and you can easily see how disgusting the back area is where they make food."

"Dylan who took our phone order for chicken wings said “in terms of quality..are you sure you want our wings?” We said “yea” he said “well are you ordering wings from us because it’s the closest place or..?” We said “we want them cuz we like your wings” he said “well just so you know it takes us about an hour to make them” - we said that was fine. We ordered 2 orders of 10 and he audibly sighed and said “really??” - we felt pressured not to order."

"I always come here because it's convenient and on the road to work. It's a hit and miss with this byrn dairy. Most of the employees are young and don't even bother making the chocolate cookies some days, also seem to not keep up with the stocking of items in the refrigerator etc. There are a few employees that a great tho always make sure the cookies are made fresh and are stocked. I am a big fan of those cookies and the chocolate milk they have here. Overall it's not a bad place as it's the last stop right before you get onto the highway, however there are definitely better Byrne dairys in the area"
