"The merchandise was at a great price, and we loved the designs that were available. It was fairly easy to get items ordered, but some of the merchandise was a little slow in coming. Customer service was good. It would have been good if they made re-orders a little easier."

"DO NOT use this company! Our Girl Scout camp used their pop up store. Items were shipped well after the original promised dates, wrong sizes were sent, items were never delivered at all. One member of the staff told me my items were at the embroiderers and would be shipped shortly. 2 weeks later still didnt have them. Now they tell me they can't get the product. Not a good way to trat Girl Scouts!"

"Outfit Your Logo's pricing is slightly lower than many apparel vendors, which is a positive. Keep an eye on add-ons - set-up fees, color change fees, shipping etc. (some vendors include shipping in their per item quotes). OYL's quality control is not the best - they use a number of printers with variable reliability. The biggest reason for my average review is Outfit Your Logo's response style when issues come up, something I've experienced first hand, though I'll illustrate by pointing you to the publicly available reply from OYL to a 1-star review on their Facebook page (available as of last week, text available in the photo below). Though I won't re-post all of OYL's reply and repeat a crossed-boundary, OYL also took photos from the 1-star reviewer's organization of kids wearing their tshirts and re-posted them with slightly blurred faces. Definitely sort of bizarre, and perhaps over the line? They also posted the signature and contact information of their former customer (via the entire approval sheet), including phone, email, and physical address, which is, in my opinion, thoughtless. And why is a customer's ability to spell a name relevant? In my opinion, the tone and approach of OYL staff in this example is troubling. When things go wrong, I recommend you find vendors who will apologize, say "we'd love to have the chance to earn your business back," do what they can to make it right, and move on. Sometimes things get testy, but airing out your dirty laundry publicly, perhaps in an attempt to intimidate other reviewers, rubs me the wrong way. There's a lot of competition in the custom apparel world, including folks who will fix mistakes without sharing personal information as they throw stones back."
