"Was in a pinch and needed a suit for a wedding. Usually go to men’s Warehouse but I always feel like the selection there is “blah”. When I walked to the suit section I was greeted by the employee running the section Billy. Someone needs to give this man a raise. He was taking care of 7 customers at once making sure everyone was taken care of. He didn’t even need measuring tape he was so experienced he looked at me and told me 40R will be my size with 34x30 pants. I was genuinely impressed how on point he was. Out of all the suits he quickly narrowed down the options and found me my exact size and fit. He managed to do this while taking care of multiple customers. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It is rare to meet people of this caliber like this in customer service these days. 10/10 thanks for your help BIlly."
"Very disorganized. Awful place to work. They make you feel unwelcome. I was a “management” employee who received little in the way of training. Paid twice a month and was shorted $500 in pay when I left the company. Even falsified my end date. I’m sure they’ll comment on this and say “as discussed at time of hire.” Moved on to something better and more welcoming. Where they actually take the time to show you what you need to do your job."
"Extensive selection of clothing. You’ll find something but depending on your taste of fashion might need to walk around for a bit. I will note during the holiday it’s a great spot to find deals on Christmas gifts for those that need home items or looking for jewelry or perfumes."
