"**^Warning… Although the food and drinks were good at this location the service was not. I waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while multiple employees walked passed me and made eye contact. I said repeatedly and loudly excuse me and hello and no one acknowledged me. We made eye contact multiple times and not a single employee had the basic decency of saying “ just a moment or I’ll be right with you” Where are people getting trained these days?!?! I was a barista and it’s not rocket science to say to a customer I’ll be with you in one moment. My sister came in after me and had the same exact experience. After waiting a while the employee working the drive thru finally came over to take her order while there were multiple employees behind the counter. Will not be returning after this terrible service."

"The last few times I came here, the whole place was so overwhelming by a pervasive, strong cooking smell throughout the place (especially late morning to noon). Last time, I talked to the staff about it, and instead of addressing the issue, the staff’s response was laughter and making fun of my complaint, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. Given the uncomfortable environment and the staff's lack of concern for customer comfort, I don’t recommend visiting this location."

"I REALLY want to thank this location for caring about quality!! I get migraines and tremors due to chronic fatigue from thyroid disease. Caffeine really helps with this so a properly made drink is very important to me. With other locations I am often served what is essentially just a cup of milk. Thank you so much to everyone at this location, including the manager for hiring great employees!! You all genuinely make a big difference in my life!"

"Canadian coffee chain with a Buffalo connection, the founder used to be an NHL Player and played for the Buffalo Sabres. Coffee is very good, donuts kind of all taste the same. Service here was great, they made a mistake on our order (food allergy issue) and corrected it immediately and without any issues. Decor is functional, but somewhat plain, free wifi is a plus."

"The morning service through the drive through was great. Polite friendly and fast. The oreo ice cap is really good. The breakfast sandwich was a little disappointing. I wish the sandwich was bigger. The price is a little on the expensive side."
