"I just went into this Starbucks to return cups that I can no longer afford. They are completely unused and still in the bag from the day I bought them. A employee named Lexa absolutely humiliated me. She questioned why I’m returning “so many cups” making faces at me and even went to another group of employees and talked about me and they all stared at me. It’s bad enough that it’s the holiday season and I had to return something I couldn’t afford but then to be questioned and humiliated in front of a line of customers was so embarrassing. I hope Lexa learns to not judge people. And I hope the manager explains to her that people have the right to return things within the return window no matter how high the dollar amount is."
