"This was my first time using Animal Emergency & Critical Care services. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Dr. Castro Jones has a lot of experience with dogs and she gave helpful advice to keep my pet around for a long time. Tammy at the front desk greeted us with the biggest beautiful smile and she kept checking in on us to make sure that we were okay or if we needed anything. I was very happy with all the staff but Tammy eased my anxiety level that I was having and she was very pleasant to be around and exceptional customer service. They were fast and didn’t waist any time once we arrived my dog was taken to the back immediately and they started working on her. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely use them again. Hopefully I won’t need to!"
"I brought my cat in yesterday after her and my dog got into a tussle. My dog had bitten her eye/ face and of course the bleeding freaked me out a bit (lots of vasculature there and a sensitive area). I brought her in and they made me feel like I made the right choice to bring her in. Not once did I feel judgement or like I was wasting their time. They were so good with her and very attentive to her even with other animals being brought in, in a more serious condition. I appreciate everything y’all do every time, from one Emergency (human) responder to another (Dr. Simpson, and her techs), I appreciate y’all."
"Amazing staff from Naomi, to Hannah to the Dr. They all get an A+ in my estimation. The facility was exceptionally clean and seemed very organized. My bill was astronomical and felt the markups on some of the meds/procedures were too high."
"They did awesome! They work with you on your budget, very friendly. Although I do wish all animal hospitals would do a payment option because not everyone has the money at that moment. They did great with my puppy and diagnosing him with parvo gave me a good treatment plan and everything is working out thank you so much Animal Emergency & Critical Care for taking care of Bean for me!"
