"I have always had nice service until today. The cashier AUBREY did not say hi or thank you but to the caucasian lady in front of me she greeted her and thanked her. I don’t get it, I know good workers are hard to find but that is no excuse. Needless to say I will never go through her line again because it’s obvious she have issues and improper training."

"This Publix location leaves a lot to be desired. Having gotten accustomed to the location on Hughes, in comparison, this new location has poor customer service. Staff seems to be less concerned about customers, not even having the decency to offer help or just simply greet you. Also there are rude cashiers. When cashing out with my wife, my wife asked a cashier not to stuff three packages of mix bag salad into one plastic bag and to add it to a new bag, to which the rude cashier had the audacity to say to my wife “really it’s like that?”, which my wife quickly answered right back and said “yes really just like that.”Nonsense like that customers shouldn’t have to deal with at Publix. Please train your staff to respect for your customers."
