"The store is clean and the staff for the most part are friendly. I had a little issue today. I called and asked if I could return an item with the receipt and was told yes. (The reason I called to ask if I could return the item is because I had ripped the cardboard piece that had the barcode on it off of the handle.) My husband gets to the store and the lady at the customer service desk tells him that he has to return the item at the Walmart he bought it at that it's a new policy! Now we all know that's a lie! I called and talked to the manager and she informed me that was not true. That she could have returned the item! She said the girl was new and that she had no business saying that to my husband and that she will make sure she takes care of it, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen! I've been shopping at Walmart since I was a kid. I like Walmart ,but I don't like the fact that one employee will tell you one thing and then you can ask two other employees the same question and they'll tell you two other answers. Really hope that the manager goes over the return policy with the girl like she said she was going to! Also they could do better about having more lines open!"
