"The outside appearance could be cleaned up, usual there's trash blowing from the parking lot up near the doors, It should be more open registers aside from just the Self-Checkouts because usually it's crowded for most of the day and this would help expedite everyone's shopping without having to wait on just Self-Checkouts and possibly one maned register. Shopping carts need to be cleaned routinely, I've noticed grit and other sticky substances which looks like something spilled, those cart wipes only do so much."

"Honestly I like the store but whoever runs customer service, I think her name is Sherika, is very very rude and unpleasant. Every interaction I’ve ever had with her has left me not wanting to ever return to this store. I have no idea how she is still working for Target. She doesn’t portray the Target culture or provide the guest experience people come to Target for. I went to the “Exchanges & Refunds” counter to exchange a coat I bought earlier today. She barely acknowledged me as I walked up or made eye contact seeming too preoccupied. Then when I stated I would like to make an exchange for the exact same item just in a different size she responded that Target no longer does exchanges in a very snappy voice. I have never had any issue exchanging an item at guest service, I even already had the item with me ready for the exchange. She told me I would have to go through the line after receiving a refund and repurchase the coat instead of just re-ringing the item for me at the service counter when there was no line or anyone waiting behind me. It was one singular item. I have been to plenty of Targets and guest service was ALWAYS willing to make the return and re-ring the item for me at the register at guest service, EVEN if there was a line. If this is Target’s recent policy change, then maybe you should remove your signs that say “EXCHANGES” across the top of the guest service counter. I will avoid using guest service at this location at all costs because this woman does not have an inviting or pleasant attitude whatsoever. Target should genuinely reconsider who they put into higher positions if they are going to have people with her attitude working at GUEST service. Did not feel like a guest at all. I felt like a bother and an inconvenience."

"Employees are nice and the store overall is well stocked. Bathrooms are a bit messy and the clothing/ladies underwear section was super messy, but in the best way I can put this I have never been to a target that had a super clean bathroom with every clothing section tidy. Overall, preferred Target out of the others in the area."
