"Warning ⚠️ I went in and the young guy barely spoke English sold me the wrong smok tank. No price tags on anything they just price whatever they want at the register. Tried to take it back and get refund and he said they don’t do refunds or returns. Also the box I got was supposed to have 3 tanks and it only had 2. Scanned the code on back of box and it said it was not authentic SMOK product."
"So im going to buy a new vape, guy litterally say i know knowing about the vapea. He did literally knew knowing other reading the box. So then im like ok i just get this one. Hes like we do have batteries Do i said do you have batteries for any of the other vapes you sell. His is answer is idk we had some they would right here hanging up. Then proceeds to pick up an atomizer and say is the battery ?? I mean i dont expect you to know everything about every vape, but seriously you dont the difference between an atomizer and a battery. And was annoyed with me lol. I figure if work in a store a least get a little knowledge on the products you sell ??"
"A little too expensive for my taste seems like they have a whole lot but at the same time they’ve not got much at all. It’s kind of hard to explain. You have to go in to understand. Service is great friendly they’ll help you all they can other than the expensive part for me It’s a great shop."
