"Great friendly staff is about the only good thing I can say about this place. A lot of miscommunication in the office. This company is understaffed and overloaded. I had several homeowners policies, auto and my boat and a multitude of problems continuously.. Great prices initially but huge increases 50% plus on renewal. If you’re set up for auto payment and you’re not paying attention, you will be overpaying. And every time it seem to be a clerical Error. The straw that broke the camels back was when I got a written quote for my boat for $330 a year. 10 months down the road I realize I was paying on a policy written for $760 a year. I did not even question things this time. I want to be able to put my trust in my insurance agent and it is not my job to my chroman office, so I’ve moved over to another provider whom I am very happy with now"

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at carriage Hill for the absolute best care any one could ask for when it comes to home owners insurance. In all my years of having insurance and I bought my first home when I was 19 I never have had the kind of service that they have provided to my wife and I.We had some storm damage and in 3 days they had there people there and working with my contractor.In 8 days I had a check in hand to pay for all repairs. There kindness and absolute determination to take care of our family was amazing we will never be changing companies it's very seldom find such caring good people who strive to do the best in all they do. Thank You so much."

Ben Booker is my guy at Carriage Hill and he's been my guy for years, I have my home owner's, general liability for my business and 8 cars. He is VERY detailed oriented, even when we looked at changing carriers, deductibles and such, he made sure if we made a change to factor in the multi policy discount for our home owners."
