"I took my Honda CRV in today for a recall notice for a battery cable. Hannah, my new service advisor was absolutely wonderful. The mechanic who worked on my car came out and showed me some electronics that will help me since there are many buttons that I'm unfamiliar with. beautiful service area extremely friendly staff. I highly recommend them"

"I recently had a Honda battery I'd purchased several months ago go bad, so I took it to Airport Honda (where I'd bought it) because I thought it should still be under warranty. I must say I was delighted by the treatment in their service department. One of the salesmen held the door for me, the young lady service writer took great care of me and was delightful to deal with, and the service manager even stopped by to be sure I was properly being taken care of. From the time I got there until I left with my replacement battery I sincerely felt like these were great people who really did care about customer service, from the service manager on down. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Honda."

"My first visit to Airport Honda, and I have to say, it's been a long time since I've had a better car service experience. For starters, I was able to book an appointment on-line for the very next day! Appointments at my other providers, even for simple stuff like oil changes and tire rotation had to be booked weeks in advance. They were ready for me when I got there, clearly explained their multi-point inspection that would accompany my oil change and set me up in their comfortable waiting area. I was impressed that one of the team members made it a point to come out to the waiting area and explain to those waiting in-person how things were going with the schedule in general then answer any customer-specific questions. A representative came and got me when my car was done, took me to the cashier's counter then escorted me to my vehicle. At no time was I ever left wondering what was going on or where I was expected to go. A completely stress-free experience."
