"It’s so crowded, it’s literally impossible to get a workout in. They don’t really cap the number of people who come in, nor do they have any signage on the machines clearly stating time limits per person. As a consequence, the room is full of these gym bros with really bad gym etiquette. No one is ever nice and no body ever wipes lol. I’m telling you- don’t sign up. I have brought these issues up with the front desk and all I got was a shrug. They literally don’t care Edit: Here’s a perfect example of the management’s cookie cutter response to all your complaints- management responds to every review with the same response rofl. At least change the words here and there"
"Would definitely not be a member if this wasn’t the only option in the neighborhood. Most important issue is ventilation; you can smell it the minute you step in and feel the lack of clean air. So terrible especially during flu/covid season. They are constantly marketing to get new members when they don’t even have enough working equipment to accommodate existing members. At one point there were 0 functioning bicycles in the cardio area. Some of the machines should have been retired years ago. Would not recommend unless you have no other option."
"I give this gym 5 stars because they have a great trainer, Janice. I had about 12 training sessions with Janice and l learned so much in that amount of time and improved my fitness significantly. The gym used to be intimidating to me but now, when I work out on my own, my workouts are structured and strategic. If you need help achieving your fitness goals, I strongly recommend Janice."
