"The worst experience with an auto insurance I have ever had to deal with. As a working mom juggling everything life throws at you I forgot to make one payment and they canceled my policy. Due to this mishap I now have to pay a fine a $310 fine to motor vehicles in addition to paying even for the month the policy lapsed. Marc Butler the owner was rude, unprofessional and condescending as well as his staff. I personally expect to be treated like human being and not like a policy number at the end of the day. I was made to feel belittled and disregarded. I will be switching companies and hope other individual has to have this kind of experience."
