"It’s a dam shame to be discriminated upon I’m gonna start suing these building managements asap"
"Don’t waste your time applying for an apartment in Fulton Crossing. I was discriminated against when applying to this building. I mysteriously went from clearing my schedule for a zoom with the landlord to being ghosted for a day by the Rennit team, the company handling their listings, and then the next morning hearing the landlord suddenly decided not to accept my application. Mind you I exceedingly met the requirements for the apartments I applied for and had a guarantor. The day after I terrible experience with them I applied for an apartment with a different company (mind you costing more than the units I applied for in this building), and I was immediately approved. DO NOT waste your time with this building!"
"My long due review: 2 years ago I almost moved in, but the management raised the price after our application was accepted. It's not a decent thing to do to a family that toured the apartment with a newborn in scorching summer. Minus one star if I can."
