"This company is unprofessional and their app is outdated. There is an option to “use credit card in car.” Then when you get in the car, you are only able to use cash. Fine. No worries. The next time I used the app, the driver requested the money upfront, before the ride even started. He mentioned that the supervisor is now requiring me to pay upfront…… As though I’m not going to pay. I have no issue paying. I spoke to one of the horrible reps there and she explained that we have everyone pay upfront. I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT MY FIRST RIDE! NEVER USING THIS COMPANY OR APP AGAIN."
"I waited outside for 20 minutes in the cold with my daughter for the can driver . I ended up having to run upstairs and the driver left me . With no notice . Made me come downstairs and was not even outside ! Then when I call the company back the lady hangs up in my face"
