"UNRELIABLE…dispatcher is rude, disrespectful and as NO knowledge of what do in his role. I missed 2 important Specialist doctors appointment. First time they picked me up and someone else after me. Which was had 3 other riders. Driver dropped them off first and I ended up not making it to my appointment because he was getting me there @ 3:45. My appt was for 3:15. I literally rode in car for 4hrs with him. Then the next time they were a NO SHOW NO CALL. missed that doctors appointment too. There’s no correcting the situation, there’s no apologies and there’s NO RESPECT. They leave you on hold, there’s NO manager or supervisor. They are unprofessional. I will NEVER refer this company to anyone. Even if it was my worst enemy. I wish I could have given them a BIG FAT 0!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I was assigned Belle Rock car service a few times in the past few months to transport my wheelchair/ bed bound Aunt to and from Drs appointments. Not 1 experience turned out to be a positive experience. The 1st time they were 5 1/2 hrs late with 1 B.S. excuse after another. Then this week they were an absolute no show to go to a post surgical appointment and today they had her waiting for 2 1/2 hrs again to come home. Every time they blame someone else. The dispatcher is also, in my experience. nasty and has a tendency to lie. NEVER USE BELLE ROCK CAR SERVICE."
"I do not write reviews, But I had to state that this Car Service is horrible!!!! Everyone is rude especially the dispatchers. Driven in many cars to and from the city. My family also has gotten rides everyone is so rude! Every time we call they give us a problem! If possible try another car service! It is unfortunate since there is not that many in far Rockaway. I actually request rides now out of Far Rockaway. Do not waste your time with this car service your hard earn money should be spend somewhere else."
"Lisa is a great dispatcher she can juggle so much. Plus all the contracts calls. They are very busy and Lisa works it out. She my be snippy however her heart is in the right place. She would give you the shirt off her back. I will be calling belle rock all the time"
