"The operator barbra is great. The driver however refused to go anywhere until I handed him the money. I could've dealt with that, but he didn't need to be rude about it. There's a nicer way than "give me money before I go anywhere". Why comment about everyone else's driving when he was driving on the wrong side of the street multiple times while cursing other drivers. I felt unsafe and that's why I won't be calling again. Too bad, because Barbara is really good at her job and very pleasant to callers."
"Called and asked for a cab from breezy point. She told me it would take at least 15 minutes to get there but I said I didn't mind waiting. They responded with "well I don't want to keep you waiting" and then hung up."
