"I book my mom's rides a week in. advance so that gives them time to find a car they are always making her late for her appointment they lie and say the car is outside when it isn't if I say pick us up at 7am that's what I mean I don't mean 8am we were a while hour late because of them horrible service don't use them"
"The worst cab service I’ve ever used. Ilthey said 15min I waited 40 then they tell me he’s out side mean while I’m out side waiting. And then they canceled my driver got somone new and they took 17min to show. I’m a hour late to work now and the cab driver was rude. I told him you guys need better communication as a team in your company and he said he does not care and gave me attitude. This is why I take UBER!!!"
"When I come back from Manhattan I get off at the A train when I walk down stairs this taxi is right there I'm able to use the bathroom quickly grab a cab and get me home right away not able to take any means of transportation at that time because I'm working the night shift and there are no buses that go into my area at that. One night I tried some other cab services that I have in my phone and they told me that nothing was available this company has never let me down. I recommend them."
"The dispatcher had me on hold for more than 7 mins just to give me a price. I had to cut the waiting and call back and she was very rude and unprofessional. I use that service all the time and had no problem. Mind how you speak to your customers. We don’t owe you."
"I live a bit further away from this car base but they were able to accommodate me. The driver even put and remove my bags when I got to the airport. It is nice bc you even get text messages when they are picking you up and dropping you off. I am Very satisfied."
