"No workers at this location to open up the locked shelves. Even though half the store is under lock and key. New automated phone process makes it harder to call the pharmacy. When you get past the million steps, you are met with the voicemail for the pharmacy since no one answers the phone."

"Thankfully I've never needed pharmacy services at this location, but it's a frequent stop for last minute necessities because of their convenient location. Unfortunately, I'm assuming they've had a spat of hoodlums stealing their wares because several aisles have been locked and they've hired security. Two problems: it's not that easy to find staff (although they're helpful when they are there), and two; NO ONE TOLD SECURITY THAT THE SELF-PAY GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO GO RECEIPTLESS. Why would I need to get a receipt for a 2.49 bottle when I didn't even swipe my membership card? It's not like I'll be back to return it if I don't like the taste..."

"During the April 5th 2023 CVS outage these guys' solution was simple - you ain't getting your medicine even if they have already prepared it for you! Nobody cared that my medicine was lying on one of the shelves 10 feet from the register - "the system is down and we can't give it to you". I ended up calling the doctor to switch it to Walgreens and then spending some time on the phone with the insurance explaining that I still need it even though it was already made by CVS. Fortunately it worked out, despite the total lack of care for the health of their customers by the people at this location."

"Update: I had a very helpful, pleasant experience with Greg, this morning -- he assisted me with a return of a few items and then helped me find the electronics location. A smooth, quick, pleasant trip! Just based on my calling into the pharmacy to get a prescription transferred to this location--I'd give it 5 stars. Gina answered the phone and she was helpful, cheerful, quick and responsive. Update: They have a clean, bright new "health hub" at this location. When I visited recently two employees asked me if they could help me find anything."
