"It doesn’t get any worse than this. Very unprofessional owner yelled at me for asking a question related to the repair, there was absolutely no quality control done on the vehicle i brought to them. Paint is dripping, my bottom lip was not in car it was somewhere floating around the shop. If i didn't notice the lip was missing i would have never received it. Body shop refuses to fix issues i have reached out about. Very disappointed. Communication is nonexistent here. People have no problem charging for 5 star work but only deliver 1 star quality."

"I have a 2008 Honda Fit that I keep parked outside my apartment on the street. I awoke one morning to find the entire front end crushed. Upon obtaining security footage from the nearby bodega, I found out a Halal cart being pulled by an SUV the wrong way up a one way became detached and fell onto my car crushing the hood and front fender and shattering the windshield. (Only in New York right?). Thank goodness I have comprehensive coverage from GEICO. If you don’t have it, GET IT! $3,000 in damage down to a $100 deductible. GEICO sent me to Charlie’s which is a partner of theirs. From start to finish the experience was nothing short of excellent. Every staff member from the office manager to the claims adjuster to the technician was courteous, empathetic, and helpful. There was a short delay because they had to obtain factory parts for a 15 year old automobile but the communication was thorough, courteous, professional, and helpful the entire time. When I received my car, I was absolutely stunned. Not only were the repairs excellent, but my car was detailed top to bottom- even in areas that hadn’t been damaged. I felt like I had a new car- which I kind of do because it still only has 75,000 miles on it. Kudos to Charlie’s! I don’t often leave reviews but the staff at Charlie’s deserves it for their excellent service and thorough professional work! I hope I never have to take my car back but I will rest assured that if I do, I can expect the very best!"
